Background of cooperation
In 2019, Jacob & Co. and Bugatti reached a cooperation. Both parties are committed to ultimate luxury, mechanical performance and craftsmanship, thus starting the process of cooperative watchmaking. Bugatti Chiron Tourbillon is one of the outstanding results of the cooperation.

Design inspiration
The design of the watch is inspired by the Bugatti Chiron supercar. The design of the case refers to the appearance of the Chiron, from the horseshoe grille, quarter windows, muscular body lines to the charming headlights. Through the seven sapphire panels, you can see the internal movement. The movement design is like Bugatti's W16 engine. Each component echoes the engine elements, such as the fuel gauge-shaped power reserve display, the radiator-like tourbillon frame, and the exhaust pipe-like structure.

Movement and functions
Movement construction: Caliber JCAM37 manual winding movement, composed of 578 parts. Its unique architecture is based on Bugatti engines, with a miniature W16 engine block automatic device, four spiral springs acting as shock absorbers, and a tubular structure surrounding the 30° tilted flying tourbillon like a protective frame.

W16 engine block automatic device: At the press of a button, 16 pistons move up and down in a sapphire cylinder, driven by a single crankshaft, and the 15-second animation sequence makes the watch seem to have life.

Case: The size is 55x44mm, the thickness is 22mm, and it is available in 18K rose gold and titanium. It is equipped with anti-reflective sapphire crystal. The back is also made of sapphire crystal, which can clearly appreciate the movement. The crown and buttons are made of black ceramic or black DLC titanium, and the water resistance depth is up to 30 meters.

Dial and hands: Rose gold-plated dial, with blue hour markers and blue "EB" logo, rose gold hollow hands, with blue and luminous coating on the tip.

Strap and buckle: It adopts a hollow rubber strap with an 18K rose gold or black DLC titanium folding buckle.
