HYT launches elegant T1 series to celebrate the brand’s 12th anniversary
To celebrate its 12th anniversary and in keeping with its innovative spirit, HYT, the brand that invented hydrodynamics, launches its first “classic” watch.
Exactly 12 years ago, in 2012, the independent watchmaking brand HYT broke into the watchmaking world with a dynamic and innovative way of telling time: fluid. By using bellows and pistons to fill a viscous liquid reservoir with high-tech capillary tubes, the brand's hydromechanical watches became avant-garde marvels that astonished the fake watches for sale world.

The original watches launched over a decade ago and in subsequent years were necessarily oversized to accommodate all the hydraulic technology – a technology protected by seven patents. However, thanks to additional research and development - and to meet the needs of today's discerning customers, who prefer fluid concepts to three-dimensional oversized structures - HYT is pushing its own technological boundaries.
The new T1 series is available in titanium or 18-karat 5N rose gold and features an innovative and elegant new octagonal case. While it's still thick at 17.2mm (or about 9 nickels), the case diameter is now just 45mm, which is a lot larger than you might think.
Furthermore, the copy luxury watches in the new T1 collection exude a surprisingly classic appeal, thanks to their sleek, subtly faceted cases and sophisticated dial colours.
No one expected that from HYT, especially when you consider that the brand has emphasized its unconventional ethos since its inception with its motto “Challenge Everything.” However, by combining technical research and fluid mechanics skills with a sleek neoclassical aesthetic, HYT appears to have come full circle, celebrating its 12th anniversary in unforgettable style.
T1 series
The new T1 series consists of four timepieces, highlighting the brand’s watchmaking strength with mechanical movements and its mastery of fluid technology. All this combines to form a collection of fluid mechanical watches with the most refined expressions the brand has ever shown.

What caught our attention, however, was the dial. Anyone familiar with HYT knows that the dial is always open to let the fluid technical aspects (bellows, etc.) shine. Now, for the first time, there is a real dial! It even has a circular satin finish on the minute track and hour ring (which still uses fluid to indicate the hours).
For an ultra-modern appeal, the T1 collection comes in titanium or black DLC titanium cases, with your choice of salmon, silver or anthracite gray dials.
There is also a version with an 18-karat rose gold and DLC titanium case and a midnight blue dial, with the liquid time display in blue or black for an added touch of elegance.

Promote a new look
The hand-wound caliber 510-CM, also part of the Hasteroid collection, consists of 352 parts and utilizes the brand's signature twin pistons (responsible for moving liquid) to power the watch.
It showcases fluid retrograde hours, a central minute hand, and a power reserve indicator subdial with hands. The crown is ergonomically placed at 2 o'clock, and the T1 series watches are waterproof to a depth of 50 meters.
