MB&F Introduces Blue and Green HM9 Sapphire Vision

The MB &F HM9 Sapphire Vision (HM9-SV) is an odd watch with a personal story, but surprisingly, this is it for me. Specifically, I've just started working on Oracle Time when it launches in 2021, so this is one of my first articles here. Now that I'm writing about the latest additions to the range, it feels like a full circle moment - these new products are two new colorways in blue and green.

On a baseline level, the HM9-SV is one of the craziest timepieces you'll ever see, with a wide, ultra-futuristic design that makes you wonder if it even counts as a watch. It's more of a spaceship than a timing device. It features three main chambers made of sapphire crystal supported by golden frames. The shape consists of two large air bubbles on either side, connected to a central section that ends with a vertically positioned time display. replica luxury Watches

As for the new colorways, the first has a blue PVD movement with a platinum frame, and the second has a green PVD movement with a gold frame. They are indeed solid color combinations that work well together. There were blue and gold versions when it first launched, but there was something wrong with the clash between the warm tones of gold and blue. Here though, the blue works perfectly with the cool platinum.

Green and gold, meanwhile, complement each other for an almost autumnal aesthetic, like the changing leaves of a tree—which sounds odd for a high quality copy watches with such a strong visual sci-fi vibe. Even just describing the mechanics of the piece, with its twin independent balance wheels and planetary differential system, sounds like science fiction.

While these new watches aren't quite as exciting as when the HM9 first transitioned to sapphire, they feel like a more assertive version of the watch.
