This charming chronometer has a beautiful black dial with beautifully polished applied numerals. The dial is offset with two sub-dials subtly etched in dark grey. While its white-dial siblings have beautifully crafted black hour and minute hands, the ALT1-C/PB features newly designed polished nickel hands and a carefully integrated Super-LumiNova® luminous coating for easy readability at night.

Bremont Z-Series – ALT1-ZT/51
The ALT1-Z was part of the release line back in 2007 and has been at the heart of Bremont products over the years. Basel 2015 introduced an updated version with the highly anticipated ALT1-ZT. The collection has been designed with pilots and world travelers in mind. In terms of aesthetics, legibility is an absolute must.
"ZT" stands for "Zulu Time", and the wearer can display both the local time and the official world time standard. Unsurprisingly, the Z Observatory has proven popular among the military squadrons working with Bremont - an important and growing part of Bremont's business. The ALT1-ZT/51 adds a new dimension to the collection, while incorporating design cues from Bremont's past that were so important.
The ALT1-ZT/51 maintains a clear and legible dial with a new application and custom coloured Super-LumiNova® index markers, and moves the 24-hour function to the bezel for improved clarity. Functionally, the ALT1-ZT/51 has the same functionality as the ALT1-ZT/BK and integrates a Roto-Click® bidirectional inner rotating bezel. The GMT hand combined with the chronograph function measures seconds, minutes and hours, making this watch ideal for travel.
For greater clarity, the Bremont uses the same hand design as the MB series, including a second time zone marker that is very effective on the MBIII. The ALT1-ZT/BK hands are used again, but this time with layers of custom colored Super-LumiNova®.
Like most of the Core Collection, the ALT1-ZT/51 features a specially treated 43mm stainless steel case with a hardness of up to 2000 Vickers, seven times that of a regular stainless steel case.
The convex sapphire crystal is equally hard and has nine anti-reflective coatings on both sides of the glass for improved readability.
